Q: What course do you recommend?

We

usually

recommend

our

Group

Basic

Obedience

Course

for

most

dogs

and

owners.

While

we

do

provide

private

training,

it

lacks

the

socialisation

aspect

during

training.

In

the

Group

class,

the

dogs

learn

to

obey

their

handlers

even

with

other

dogs

and

people around. Do note that under the AVS Accredition Syllabus, there is a Social proportion that the dog must pass.

Q: Is there an age limit for the dog? Any requirements?

We

have

successfully

trained

dogs

as

young

as

2

months

and

as

old

as

12

years.

Our

ONLY

requirement

is

that

all

dogs

are

to

be

fully

vaccinated

according

to

the

Singapore

Veterinary

Association

Guidelines.

ie.

All

dogs

are

to

have

completed

the

3

initial

vaccinations

for

puppies

or

be

current

on

the

annual

vaccination

for

adult

dogs.

If

you

do

not

wish

to

subject

the

dog

to

routine

vaccination,

you

can

also

show

a

vaccinal

titer

test

report

which

shows

that

the

dog

has

adequate

immunity

and

protection

against

the core vaccine agents.

Q: Can you take my dog and do the training for me?

When

we

refer

to

dog

training,

we

don’t

actually

train

your

dog

as

there

is

not

much

point

in

the

dog

obeying

us

and

not

you.

We

prefer

to

teach

you

how

to

handle

and

train

your

own

dog.

By

spending

the

time

and

effort,

you

will

also

be

building

a

better

bond

and

relationship

with

your

dog.

However,

if

you

have

a

genuine

need

for

Board

and

Train

services,

we

can

arrange

for

it

too.

Q: Where is your training venue?

Our current training venue is at Tampines. Near IKEA and Courts. Indoors + air-conditioned.

Q: Your place is too far, can you organise a class nearer to my location?

If

you

have

friends

who

also

require

dog

training

services,

form

a

group

of

3

or

more

people,

source

for

a

suitable

location

near

your

place and we'll organise a group training package for you.

Q: How many dogs are there in the Group class?

We

have

a

maximum

class

size

of

7

-

10

dogs

(depending

on

the

size

and

breeds

of

the

dogs).

Enrollment

will

be

closed

once

class

size is reached.

Q: Can my family join in the training?

Due to space constraints, we allow 2 humans per dog for Group classes organised at our current Tampines venue.

Q: My dog is not HDB Approved. How can I license it to my HDB address?

HDB

Apartment,

please

note

that

Approval

is

NOT

GUARANTEED.

agrees

one

of

the

requirement

is

that

the

dog

will

need

to

attend

and

pass

the

Group

Basic

Obedience

Course.
